La Carnita Asada is an exciting new podcast initiative from Urban Warriors, launched in 2023 as part of our arts program. Recognizing the importance of providing young people with creative outlets beyond sports, this podcast is entirely led by a youth-only team, offering a vibrant platform for young voices to be heard.
Through La Carnita Asada, we aim to foster growth in the arts space by encouraging creativity and self-expression among our youth. Each episode features engaging conversations with local community leaders, providing a unique opportunity for our young hosts and listeners to learn from their experiences and insights. These dialogues are enriched by the shared experience of enjoying a meal from a local restaurant, emphasizing the importance of community and connection.
