POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Manager of Culture & Belonging nurtures the identity, spirit, and relationships that make Urban Warriors a trusted space for youth and families. This role ensures our programs reflect our values, strengthens parent and community engagement, and supports long-term retention by cultivating a culture of pride, connection, and shared leadership.
Director of Programs
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Programs is a vital member of the Urban Warriors leadership team, responsible for driving the vision and execution of programs. This role ensures all programs reflect Urban Warriors’ mission, respond to the unique needs of the communities we serve, and deliver measurable outcomes. The Director will lead program staff, cultivate partnerships with schools, families, and community organizations, oversee program evaluation, and collaborate with leadership to expand the reach and impact of Urban Warriors’ programs.
